Metro Mass Transit MMT 50 buses scandal

What kind of stup!d stealing is that? Prez Akufo-Addo, is this what the people of Ghana voted you for? Oh Lord…

Spread the love

It looks as though the Nana Akufo-Addo-led government only came to power to steal and steal ‘saaaaaaa’ more than its twin brother (the NDC), and not to protect the public purse as claimed by President Akufo-Addo in opposition.

On October 13th, 2019, Kelvin Taylor — host of “With All Due Respect – Loud Silence Media” on Facebook — made some serious allegations against the Transport Ministry of Ghana for inflating the prices of some 50 buses purchased for the Metro Mass Transit (MMT) Limited from $75,000 to $175,000 for each of the buses totaling US$8,750,000.00.

In Kelvin Taylor’s video, he cited the Chief of Staff at the Office of the President, madam Akosua Frema Osei Opare; Minister of Transport, Ofori Asiamah; Deputy Minister of Transport, Daniel Nii Kwatei Titus Glover; and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GH- Daewoo Motors Limited, Isaac Ofori Poku (CEO) as persons involved in this alleged filthy & stinky scandal.

For some reason, Yours Truly BieGyaNation.Com chose to ignore Kelvin Taylor’s allegation only to be told by the bus manufacturing company that sold the buses to Ghana that indeed, the Nana Akufo-Addo–led government paid $175,000 for each of the buses instead of the advertised $75,000 on Alibaba’s website in 2017.

Please, note the difference of a $100,000malafa-king stolen‘ cash on each of the 50 buses purchased.

According to a Daily Graphic Online publication, bus manufacturer, Zyle Daewoo Commercial Vehicle, in a statement signed by its Africa Regional Manager, Mr T.K. Kim insisted that the $75,000 price displayed on Alibaba was the standard price used for marketing purposes which does not include certain specifications.

He explained that there are other specifications and conditions which raise the price when an actual order is made and Daewoo indeed sold the buses to Ghana for $175,000 for each unit price and not $75,000 as claimed by Taylor.

The statement by Mr T.K. Kim read:

“There is no specification fixed. It is an idea price with no adding option. There is no mention about warranty conditions, training, parts and dealer margin for additional cost to be included,” the statement added. We at Zyle Daewoo HQ state categorically that we sold the models GL6127HK and GDW6121Hk to our Distributor GH Daewoo motors in Ghana at $175,000 per unit. We strongly issue a disclaimer and repudiate the claim by Kevin Taylor that the models should have been sold at $75,000.”

Wooow! Really? Is this how dum.b some ‘malafaka‘ politicians can be?

The question we (@BieGyaNation.Com) ask is: what kind of human beings ‘koraaaaaa mpo’ are we as Ghanaians?

Massa, what kind of spare parts, technical assistance or whatever has to cost more than the price of the original product? Are they cocaine-coated or gold-plated spare parts?

‘Kyerε sε, Ghanaian politicians wei nom ne gyimie deε, ohh dabi dabi.’

As for stealing ‘deε’, BieGyaNation.Com knows it is in the genes of almost every Ghanaian politician but the level to which the NPP is taking us ‘deε’, it is just beyond ‘gyimie’ level.

Ah, so do these re.tarded persons who call themselves politicians think that every Ghanaian washes his/her from down to the top or what? I just don’t get it. Goddamn it!

Not long ago when the NPP was in opposition, they did everything to look like some angels who had just arrived from Pluto.

Some of us had to ‘force’ ourselves to believe that the Messiahs had finally arrived to save Ghana from hell not knowing they were the devil incarnate.

The painful thing is that, it is just one or two ‘malafaka-king’ politicians who steal such huge sums of money at the expense of the many poor citizens, and they end up in Dubai with their pathetic slay queens or side ch!cks to ‘squash’ all the stolen money, and after that come back again and start another bogus deal.

Is this how to protect the public purse??? F*ck it!

Come and save your own people too ‘aaa’, and you are rather stealing from them. Oh Lord have mercy on us!
