The 2022 Oscars’ full list of nominations was officially announced by actors, Tracee Ellis Ross and Leslie Jordan, this Tuesday, February 8th, 2022.

Netflix’s “The Power of the Dog” — a revisionist Western that uses a careworn genre to examine toxic masculinity — came tops with 12 nominations, dominating this year’s Academy Awards.

The “Dune” — a sprawling adaptation of a popular sci-fi novel that was once believed to be unfilmable — followed closely behind with 10 Oscar nominations.

The 94th Academy Awards will be hosted on Sunday, March 27th, 2022, at the Dolby Theatre, Hollywood & Highland in Hollywood, and telecast live on ABC.
