Medikal arrested by Ghana Police

Ghanaian rapper, Samuel Adu Frimpong, popularly known as Medikal, has been arrested by Ghana Police for brandishing a gun.

According to an insider report, he was arrested for showing off a gun in a video on social media.

His wife, Fella Makafui was seen with him at the Accra Regional Police Command charge office.

He was picked up by the Police and brought to the station and is currently in police custody.

Medikal has yet to be officially charged and put before a court of competent jurisdiction.

This comes barely 72hours after the arrest of African Dancehall King, Shatta Wale, and three others for allegedly faking a gunshot incident.

They were today, Thursday, October 21st, 2021, remanded into Police custody by an Accra Circuit Court, after their first appearance in court.

Shatta Wale turned himself in after the Police had declared him wanted for spreading false news about an assassination attempt at his residence in Accra on October 19th, 2021.
