However, checks by Yours Truly BieGyaNation.Com reveal that the said law school Mona claims to have attended, which was founded in 1988, hasn’t been accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).

Further checks reveal that the aforementioned institution by Mona Gucci has only been accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE) — one of the seven regional accreditation bodies for colleges and universities in the United States, and not the American Bar Association (ABA).

Also, with respect to the claim by Mona Gucci that she had her internship with ‘Abigail Williams & Associates” — the Worcester-based MA law firm in USA — in 2017, our checks reveal that, in 2018, the owner, Abigail Williams faced bar investigations for allegedly stealing an amount of $124,356 from her clients.

The said law firm, as we understand, was closed down in 2018 as a result of the owner’s action.

Aside from the GH¢500,000 awarded against Mona Gucci who failed to appeared in court, she was also ordered by the Court to restrain herself from making further defamatory publications about Yvonne Nelson and also apologize to the celebrated actress for the defamatory publication she made about her on Neat FM.
