Miss Berla co-hosted the 20^th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) show with seasoned journalist, Kwame Sefa Kayi.

Berla was a television show host at GHOne TV owned by EIB Network before she finally settled at TV3 Network.

Then came another rumour mill of Berla Mundi dating award-winning Ghanaian gospel artiste, Joe Mettle.

Berla Mundi, as far as we know, hasn’t given birth to a child at the moment.

Berla Mundi Media Career

Berla Mundi’s career as a media personality began right after becoming the 2nd runner-up at the 2010 Miss Maliaka beauty pageant.

She made her first major appearance in the entertainment industry by co-hosting the award-winning entertainment show, Rythmz Live on GHOne TV — a subsidiary of the EIB Network.

In June 2019, Mundi was featured in the Visual Collaborative electronic catalog under the Polaris series.

Berla Mundi served as the Ghanaian co-host for Africa’s first-ever syndicated talk show, ‘Moments with Mo’ on DSTV for two (2) years.

Miss Berla currently works with TV3 Network, Ghana — a subsidiary of Media General Ghana Limited.

Berla Mundi has been the host for a number of prestigious events including: Africa’s first syndicated show on DSTV, Moment with MO; the launch, nominees announcement and industry night of the 2015 and 2016 as well as the 2017 Red Carpet of the Ghana Music Awards; launch of sports brand, Adidas in Ghana; USAID Women’s Month 2014; Miss Malaika Ghana 2014 & 2015, among others.

Berla has achieved enviable success in the media field, hosting Ghana’s biggest and most listened-to award-winning shows: ‘The Drive Time’ on Starr 103.5fm, and ‘The Late Afternoon Show’ on GHOne TV, addressing social issues pertaining to young adults and offering them a platform to share their stories to inspire, educate, inform, and entertain others.

The Late Afternoon Show won the ‘The TV Show of the Year 2018’ in less than a year, while she picked up the ‘2018 Female TV Entertainment Host’ at the Radio and Television Personality Awards.

In 2018, she launched the B.YOU BY BERLA MUNDI — a mentorship and career program that secures internship opportunities, scholarships, and media training for young girls in Ghana.

Berla envisages a world where equal opportunities are created especially for young women, and the desire to make them achieve their goals.
